The collection of recipes are dishes I have cooked, baked, and created. Usually, I cook without exact recipes and use my intuition and experience. It's my aim, though to be precise in quantities and explain the preparation step by step. If you feel like having more sauce or different spices or even larger portions, that is entirely up to you. I hope to give you inspiration and ideas to create your versions and recipes. If you have any questions or suggestions, I am happy to hear and learn from you.
