Recipes for Display Magazin

Writing recipes for a monthly magazine is fun and always a challenge too. On the one side, I like to suggest a recipe that most people can prepare and cook and on the other side I like to create something special. What's in season, what twist to give a classic dish? I am happy when I receive quality food products, spices and herbs from producers to use in recipes – that's getting me thinking and trying out new combinations in my cooking. I like to give my readers a recipe to go by, but I also wish to inspire them to cook and make their own choices in quantities and flavouring.
Over the past two years, I have written and photographed more than twenty recipes for Display Magazin. Between the issues, I have a month time to come up with something new, seasonal and, of course, mouthwatering. So far, the response from readers has been favourable, and I get positive feedback – that's what keeps me going.

The recipes are published in the Swiss-German magazine Display, and therefore in the German language, you can find all recipes on this website in English.
